TVL

Check the depth.

Very small liquidity can make annualized fee APR look enormous. Read TVL before the percentage.

VOLUME

Check the turnover.

Consistent swap activity matters more than a short burst that disappears after a few blocks.

AGE

Check the history.

New markets can move quickly. Pool age helps separate an established pattern from a very fresh signal.
